Direct drive Rotary Table Model a high-tech accessory, is designed to be integrated with the latest high speed Drill Tap Centers, DTCs and Vertical Machining Centers , VMCs.

Direct drive Rotary Table offers an opportunity to use its high acceleration and dynamic responses to present the work piece to get machined at different angles with substantially reduced non-cutting time and consequently the total cycle time. Machines utilization and out put are thus effectively enhanced.

As the motor is directly coupled on the turntable axis without intermediate gears, the table is free from any backlash. Encoder fitted on the turntable axis as DIRECT feedback ensuring higher positioning or indexing accuracies. This is much better as against using the encoder on the Motor coupled to the worm shaft as INDIRECT feed back like in the case of a conventional rotary table.
