Our company (TMC) located Incheon south-east industrial complex was established on April, 2001 with the capital of 2 hundred million won which has localized, developed and mass produced various Cu bonded cylinder block, diffusion bonding of the WC-TAPPETS as the need arises for a company with the special technology to develop a better bonding material in the field of special material parts.
CEO Cho Young-Ho graduated from Seoul National University of Engineering with BS in Mechanical Engineering, who obtained a position in chief of Central R & D Cent ...er on December, 2000 and also was on the board of director for over 26 years, who has departed to establish TMC.
After the foundation, parts material was registered as TBI new technology business, every year we have progressed and completed one of government task such as parts material development business, small and medium business administrative renovation development business, technology business in order to correlate with production.
Our main productions are Diesel Engine parts such as WC-Tappet, Construction Equipment, Composite Materials, Oilless Bearing, wear resistance WC-Spacer and diffusion bonding Piston Shoes for hydraulic parts etc.., currently we are preoccupied developing synchronized ring and dual wear resistance Tube for CPT vehicle.
By early 2005 TMC has relocated and secured a new plant in JeonJu, while exploring for new factory because of limited space to produce mass demands for our customers we concluded a treaty 'Sign a contract of Jeollabukdo machine industry of cooperation and interchange to promote the development of industry' with JeonJu Machinery Research Center (JMRC). By concluding the treaty with JMRC provided us an opportunity to acquire investment in plant and equipment to expand our business in JeonJu.
Here at JeonJu plant, JMRC's support of superior manpower is available. JeonBuk University TIC machine venture complex can provide patent support and exchange technology activity of technical impediment can be easily achieved by working together. JeonJu plant's visualized the high potential operation values to expand its business which made it easier to relocate TMC's head office to JeonJun on April, 2005.
In the future, JeonJu Plant will concentrate its best effort to advance JeonJu as the hub of parts material industry with its newly invested manufacturing equipment with JMRC's technical manpower and the various business support from JeonBuk University TIC, being the 21st century parts material company.
