We AL NASR FOR RUBBER PRODUCTS , NAROBEN EGYPT . .
We are an Egyptian company working in the field of manufacturing belt conveyors .
We want to modernize our production lines .
We are currently working for manufacturing belt conveyors through a 3 Rolls Calender , this is an old models .

We want to modernize the production line to 4- Roll Calender .

We do not have any drawings of the equipment which we required . But from your experience , I think you can give us good ideas and new development .

We think that we want to get the following specifications :

- Calender 4 Rolls .
- Diameter 650 mm .
- Face width : 1850 mm .
- Material : compound cast chilled iron .
- Surface hardness : 480 - 500 Brimell .

Please , let me know if you can supply us with this ? ?

...If this is not available, Can you help us ?? Do you know other companies that can supply us with such equipment .

Please , Find the attachment file , This drawing of the 3 Rolls Calender currently we have it ( 3 roll ) , and we look forward modernize our production lines and buy the latest 4 Roll Calender .
