We are ISO 9001 certified professional manufacturer of casting products (ductile iron, gray iron casting & steel casting) in North China ,with process of sand casting(resin casting, shell casting)and investment casting.
Mainly we manufacture:
(1) Austempered Ductile Iron(ADI) casting: accessories for railway, locomotive, machine, vehicle and heavy automotive industry. E.g. suspension arm, control arm, sprocket, roller, bush,etc.with unit weight from 1kg to 200kg.
(2)Ductile iron and grey iron castings for industrial, mining, railway, engineer, vehicle,crusher and agriculture. e.g. wheel and hub, industrial fittings, flange, machine spare parts, pump, insulator, hydraulic valve, gate valve, globe valve, ball valve, plug valve, bottom outlet valve, butterfly valve, check val ...ve, safety valve,etc..
(3)Cast steel products for engineer, industrial ,railway and machine,crusher, such as wheel, hub, handing bucket, spring bracket, bracket block holder, spring cup, supporter,etc.
(4) Ni-Resistance & Hi-Chrome products..
(5)Heat-Treatment products for refure incinerator and heat treatment equipment.
Consisting of Casting Factory, Heart treatment Factory and Machining Factory, products can be well manufactured and machined in our foundry, we manufacture a wide range products with weight from 0,5kg to 1200kg..
