Dear Sirs,
As per your website,we are seeking for continuous saponification process which produce just neat soap noodles with glycerin washing ( extracting )(the glycerin outside the noodles ) without dryer of the neat soap or chill roll, the details are as follows:
1) continuous saponification process produce JUST neat soap (TFM :63 % or more ) capacity
with 3 tons/hr, neither dryer nor plodder just the first saponification process (raw materials tanks ,reactors ,washing column, centrifugal separator .etc.)
2) Raw materials are all kind of oils .cooking oils ,acid oils ,tallow and fatty acids ,
3) No glycerin inside (washing (extracting) but without concentrating and distillation of sweet water .
4) Second hand made required if available
5) Origin made of?
