E E AD 22 Agitator Seals are factory assembled and dynamically tested units used on Carbon Steel, Glass-lined and SS mixers, agitators and vessels. These versions can also be used for severe operating conditions like products emitting toxic vapours or gases during operation with suitable pressuired Buffer Fluid, preferably clean soft water because of its good heat transfer qualities.

Fluids like oil, hydrocarbons solvents etc. can aslo used as buffer fluid by considering the corrosion resistance of the wetted parts and its compability with main media.

These designs have an integral bearing which are close to the seals ensure optimum running and sealing condition. These seals are supplied with cooling water jacket which ensure cool running of the seal.
